Brilliant camera work, the commitment of the guys out on location for years at a time is amazing.

Wish it wasn't so bloody tragic every week though! obviously that's nature but i was so hungover yesterday I'd of probably had a bit of a breakdown if those Lion cubs had of been trampled

Watched my first one yesterday on iplayer. My missus wants an Emperor penguin too.... Just fantastic viewing, incredible camera work and heart string pulling moments all over the place. the country will go into meltdown when poor old DA eventually curls his toes.

Why the fuck do cunts want to own nature? Cant you just enjoy observing it?

Re: Dynasties
They certainly know how to get you.

I get sent fucked up videos all the time of humans dying and don't actually give a shit, but put some penguins on the screen dying in minus 65 temperatures and I'm actually bothered!

And the poor little one rolling back down the gully after his mum done the off :o(

Bit of luck the final one in the series will be a happy one.

Was bad enough looking up Dave the ape after the first one and seeing that since the programme he had been beaten to death by the youngsters. Cunts had already bitten his thumb off.

Latest on Charm and her mob since they stopped filming.... tell ya Hyenas are the bully boys of the Savanah... as soon as number 2 Lion turned up they are on their toes quicker than the Spurs firm in the 80's... next week Painted Dogs... not sure I'm gonna be able to handle it.... :-(

Re: Dynasties
Spotted hyena FACT - females have pseudo-penises almost the same size as the males' penises.

And they give birth down them, with the first-born usually dying as it tears out an opening big enough for its siblings to get through.

Fucking ouch

Yeah those wild dogs are tenacious fuckers, seen them chase of Hyenas and Lions...

Worth the TV License fee alone

BBC best in the world at this

Re: Dynasties
Am sure I read somewhere that the BBC's wildlife programmes are also the most watched of their kind in the US (even more than their own), as even the septic's can't get enough of Attenborough.

Bloke is an institution.

Superb stuff once again from Sir David & the BBC.

Looks stunning in UHD on iplayer.

Re: Dynasties
I see the BBC have anthropomorphised the lioness into a Mother Theresa/feminist type.

She has 'moved her pride into a reservation in order to avoid conflict with another pack'

Idiotic. She's been run off her territory by a pride led by more powerful males. It's fucking nature.

Claret

Have a look outside your local Italian restaurant tonight - Hopefully, you'll see a couple of feral dogs eating a bowl of steaming spaghetti accompanied by a full symphony orchestra.

The baby stealing by the penguins was particularly dark.
